You can delete your Near Library account and its data yourself, from this
page. You do not need to install the app.
What gets deleted
Your profile — email, name, photo and phone number
Every task, book, chapter, subtask, timer and work session you own
Comments you have written
Your location history and location-sharing setting
Notification subscriptions for all your devices
The link between your account and a parent or student account
What this does not delete
Tasks or comments belonging to another account, even if you created them — those stay with that account, with your name removed.
Copies held in routine encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
This cannot be undone. Deletion happens immediately once you
confirm the code — there is no recovery window and no way for us to restore
the data afterwards.
Your account has been deleted
Your data is gone from Near Library. Nothing further is needed.
